There's nothing like ....

There's nothing like ....

Well I got started in "How to Forgive When you Can't Forget" by Charles Klein ... it's sort of hard to read. I find myself having to read sentences just to figure out what I'm reading ... so I guess I'm saying I wish it was an easier read, but I have getting some great notes from the book. I got out my concordance this morning searching for stuff I picked up out of the book. :) Soon as I'm finished here going to get back at it. My time was cut short I had to take my son to the ER but that was fine.

So we started our morning at the ER ... I thought the spot on my sons ankle was where he had been bitten by a tick. It still could be a bite from a tick, spider, or just an open wound that got infected ... the infection spread up his leg and caused the lymph node in his groin area to enlarge. So after getting instructions from the doctor and prescriptions we headed off to the drug store and a quick trip home. Then we left again right before 12 to go to pick up his medicine and then to meet up w/Meagan to go eat lunch. That's when I thought I had a brilliant idea to get my toes and nails done. :) Meagan had a gift certificate so we went and got it then headed to VyVy nails for pampering ... then Meagan had been talking about getting her hair cut so we waited 45 minutes to get her hair cut I'm going back next Saturday .... doing to get my cut in a stack in the back and long in the front :) I can't wait to see what it's going to look like. I'll try to remember to take a before picture and an after picture. I meant to do that before I started working out but forgot so maybe I'll be better this time. :) Well my son wasn't a happy camper with me so I took him out for ice cream and that seemed to work at settling him down from being mad at me. :) Now he's gone to play golf and I'm enjoying the quiet time. :)

Well I'm on a roll ... maybe I can keep it up ... 2 days in a row now
